TURTLEBACK JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAM
We are thrilled to announce the 2024 edition of our popular junior clinic. Rice Lake High School Head Golf Coach, Tom Germanson alongside long-time PGA Professional Harvey Ott will lead the program that has become a staple event for Turtleback.
The dates for this year’s camp are as follows:
JUNIOR CAMP Tuesdays – June 11th, June 18th, and June 25th from 8:00 – 11:00 am. This camp is designed for kids of all skill levels ranging in age from 7 – 14.
Our main goal of the junior golf league at Turtleback is for the kids to have FUN as well as promote the game of golf to develop lifelong golfers. We cover all phases of golf in our camps including rules and etiquette. We work on the full swing, and short game principles to get each player ready for the course. The teaching and coaching are provided by Head Coach Tom Germanson and PGA Professional Harvey Ott. Many players from the High School Golf Team also help, along with many parents of the participants. We ensure a fun, safe, and memorable atmosphere for all players.
LEAGUE DATES In addition to the instruction of the camp your child will be able to come and play on the following dates:
Tuesday, July 9th from 8:00 – 11:00. Bring an adult along for the round! Upon completion of the junior camp students may bring one family member with to play for free during this time so they can show off what they have learned! Members of the Warrior golf team will also be available to play with the participants.
Tuesday, July 16th from 8:00 – 11:00. Our annual Turtleback Skills Competition.
Tuesday, July 23rd - Junior Club Championship. Providing a fun tournament atmosphere to cap off a wonderful stretch of golf for your child, make sure to register with the Pro Shop who will send an email with starting times prior to the event.
COST $100.00 per participant. Prices include sales tax. This fee includes the 3-day golf camp, and 3 rounds of golf at the times scheduled.

RAINOUTS WILL NOT BE MADE UP.
To sign-up visit the "Shop Turtleback" tab. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email requesting some general information on your child's name and age to place them in the proper camp group. Please respond to this email to ensure that your child is assigned to the appropriate group.
